Lead Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
• Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs in Portuguese.
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of MonetizeMore's proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue.
• Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and mobile apps.
• Partner with global teams to evaluate customer setups and recommend configurations to increase ad revenue.
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical customers.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, translating customer feedback into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer).
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong practical knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, HTTP/Network protocols.
• Experience with ad tech tools such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags (GAM) is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
