Lead Offshore Construction Engineer

This role involves supporting offshore project execution across all phases, including planning, coordination, safety, and close-out activities, primarily in a construction and marine environment.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing offshore project deliverables, schedules, and technical analyses during the start-up phase.
• Review engineering documents and support offshore construction activities across all project phases.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, procurement, and internal teams to ensure smooth offshore operations.
• Attend meetings, support safety and quality standards, and manage project documentation and reports.
• Prepare risk assessments, micro-schedules, and mobilization plans.
• Monitor offshore operations, support performance evaluations, and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in project close-out, documentation, and contract management.

Requirements

• Experience in offshore construction, marine projects, or related fields.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, clients, and third-party agencies.
• Strong understanding of offshore operations, marine spread requirements, and construction procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
