Lead Analyst, Inventory Defects

The FBS Lead Analyst at The Home Depot supports business growth by managing day-to-day activities within finance towers such as procure to pay, order to cash, or record to report. The role involves team leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of tasks related to the delivery of finance towers (PTP, OTC, R2R).
• Collaborate with teams to organize hand-offs and build solutions for customers.
• Propose ideas for process improvements and ensure controls are followed.
• Create reports for leadership and analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and serve as escalation point for issues.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
