Lead Analyst, Analytics

The Lead Analyst at Arcadia is a strategic leader within the Customer Insights organization, responsible for driving complex analytics engagements, influencing strategy, and shaping product development to improve healthcare outcomes.

Salary: $145k–$170k
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine
- Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies through DBT engines
- Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia’s analytics roadmap and contribute to product innovation
- Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives
- Act as an internal and external thought leader—representing Arcadia’s analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and publications
- Oversee analytic quality standards and ensure analytic rigor across customer engagements
- Guide, mentor, and develop Analysts to build organizational capacity and excellence
- Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics
- Demonstrated experience in analytic leadership, strategy, and client advisory roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT
- Experience in data visualization and communication of complex insights to executive audiences
- Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data
- Experience with AWS data tools, predictive modeling, or machine learning

- This position is responsible for following all Security policies and procedures in order to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship as well as Arcadia Intellectual Properties. For any security-specific roles, the responsibilities would be further defined by the hiring manager.
