Key Account Analyst, E-commerce Market Insights

This is a fully remote position for a Key Account Analyst based in the Philippines, supporting a major client relationship in the consumer goods sector, focusing on market data and insights.

Location: Philippines

Responsibilities

• Take charge as Cube’s main contact point for client stakeholders, fielding inquiries and communicating proactively about deliveries, new features, and other relevant topics
• Act as the champion of the client internally, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering the best service
• Develop expertise in Cube’s reports and data capabilities to support the client
• Continuously collect client requests and communicate to internal teams as the ‘voice of the client’

Requirements

• Demonstrated client service and/or account management experience, ideally from market research or business strategy
• 2-4 years of professional experience overall, with at least 1-2 years in client service or account management
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong quantitative skills and confidence in working with data
• Curiosity and drive to improve work processes
