Intermediate Information Security Officer (m/w/d)

This role involves implementing and overseeing regulatory standards and security measures in a growing Fintech company, focusing on digital operational resilience and IT security.

Location: Remote

Salary: €50,000–€60,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Implementing DORA requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Reviewing IT infrastructure for conformity and security.
• Representing security concepts to clients, partner banks, and regulators.
• Advising management on IT risks and security issues.

Requirements

• Studied or trained in IT, with a focus on information security or IT compliance.
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 27001 or DORA.
• Ability to translate regulatory texts into technical processes.
• Independent, solution-oriented, confident in negotiations.
• Fluent in German and English.
