HR Services Contact Center Associate

The Contact Center Associate supports HR services at Home Depot by handling inbound and outbound calls related to pay and HR issues, providing high-quality customer service, and processing transactions efficiently.

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls, identifying and documenting issues, processing transactions or escalating to Tier II.
• Supporting organizational changes through high volume transactional support.
• Processing transaction requests received via call, mail, fax or email.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Handling inbound calls, identifying transaction processing needs, processing transactions and escalating issues as required.
• Participating in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
