The HR Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day People Operations activities, including onboarding, support, programs, compliance, and payroll, aiming to enhance the employee experience through process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of People Operations, including onboarding, support, programs, compliance, and payroll inputs.
- Build processes, workflows, and solutions to simplify work and improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist role.
- Comfortable owning things end-to-end.
- Confidence with systems, spreadsheets, and data.
- Ability to build processes, workflows, and simple solutions.
- Proactive and self-directed.
- Empathy and good judgement in supporting people.
