Health Consultant / Customer Experience Representative

The company is seeking a full-time, experienced customer experience professional to join their remote health consultant team. The role involves engaging with clients about health, fitness, and DEXA technology, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Salary: $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Handle daily inbound and outbound client interactions via phone, email, text, and Slack with professionalism and efficiency.
- Multitask seamlessly between communication channels while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision.
- Respond to client inquiries about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology — providing clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance.
- Support event and operations teams with outbound communications and logistical coordination.
- De-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composure and professionalism.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts and uphold BodySpec’s customer experience standards.
Requirements
- Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success using CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, Zendesk, or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 days.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and empathize with diverse clients.
- A deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness — you understand the industry and can engage authentically with clients who care about their health journey.

- Comfortable working independently, while thriving as part of a tight-knit, high-performing remote team.
