Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and ensure engineering efforts align with business impact.
• Lead and grow an engineering team that ships fast, iterates constantly, and manages complexity.
• Tackle complex problems like automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, and demand-side bottlenecks.
• Make hard prioritization decisions about what to build, skip, or kill.
• Work directly with the founder and product team to define success before coding.
• Build an engineering culture of high ownership, speed, and low bureaucracy.

Requirements

• Led engineering teams of 5–30+ people at a startup or high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with modern stacks and comfort with AI/ML tooling.
• Experience working in a distributed, async-first team.
