We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist, APAC Performance Marketing to manage paid media campaigns across Asia-Pacific markets, focusing on campaign execution, optimization, and operational management.

Location: Remote (APAC)

Salary: $43,340—$75,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across APAC markets, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage campaign operations across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten, and others.
  • Implement campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative rotations, and platform settings.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Support optimization of campaigns for customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and conversion rate.
  • Assist with budget pacing and reallocation recommendations.
  • Support structured testing across creative, audiences, bids, landing pages, and other variables.
  • Coordinate creative workflows including briefing, asset trafficking, localization, approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with creative, localization, and regional stakeholders for ad relevance and compliance.
  • Analyze creative performance by format, message, language, market, and funnel stage.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, testing trackers, launch calendars, QA checklists, and reporting processes.
  • Support measurement initiatives like incrementality tests, geo tests, lift studies, holdout tests, attribution analysis, and cohort reporting.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, test readouts, and updates for managers and partners.
  • QA tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, product feeds, landing URLs, UTMs, and taxonomy.
  • Work with analytics and measurement partners to validate data and troubleshoot reporting issues.
  • Support agency, platform, and vendor coordination for campaign requests, asset delivery, performance follow-up, billing, and meetings.
  • Monitor platform updates, media trends, auction dynamics, and benchmarks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, QA, reporting, creative testing, and execution speed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with APAC-specific platforms such as LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten, Baidu, Xiaohongshu is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Passion for campaign operations, performance analysis, creative testing, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting, shopping campaigns, catalog ads, and feed-based advertising.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, payback period, retention, contribution margin.
  • Exposure to incrementality measurement, lift studies, holdout testing, geo testing, attribution analysis, media mix measurement is preferred.
  • Support creative testing and translate results into learnings.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management platforms.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an APAC language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi) is strongly preferred.

Additional Information

  • Position is based remotely in APAC region.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, analytics and BI tools, and ecommerce marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Typically requires 1-2 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
