Growth Marketing Intern

The Next Level Internship program by Mekari offers achievement-oriented young talents an opportunity to contribute to Indonesia's software standard in a competitive environment. The program is targeted at university students and recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in marketing and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to identify and engage relevant communities for Mekari Sign and Mekari Expense.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly webinars, including logistics, registration, reminders, and follow-up.
• Support offline events and community engagement activities.
• Assist in producing social media content, including shooting and asset preparation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and analytics.
• Build and maintain a content bank for social media.
• Support social media initiatives and related marketing activities.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English proficiency.
• Previous experience in community engagement, event coordination, or social media content creation is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and/or short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
