The Group Quality Supervisor - Onboarding is a clinical leadership role focused on supporting new Group Facilitators during their first 30 days, ensuring they are fully prepared, confident, and competent in their roles.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary onboarding liaison and support resource
  • Score facilitator checkout sessions and identify development needs
  • Conduct session audits and provide structured clinical coaching
  • Facilitate 1:1 performance feedback sessions
  • Host office hours and treatment team support spaces
  • Ensure compliance readiness and workflow understanding
  • Support cohort placement and schedule ramp-up
  • Evaluate facilitator competency using standardized rubric
  • Prepare transition reports for long-term management teams

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field
  • Licensed mental health professional
  • Experience managing Independent Contractors
  • Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults
  • 2 or more years experience in mental health treatment
  • Meets the qualifications of a QMHP Supervisor through demonstrated competencies
