Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion for SIMBA, a platform that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role involves building and maintaining SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean.
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, with obsessive tracking of metrics like pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
