Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and messages with warmth and professionalism.
- Resolve guest issues by troubleshooting or dispatching ground team.
- Coordinate between guests and staff to ensure property readiness.
- Assist with reservation modifications and follow up for reviews.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 1-5 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, BPO customer service, high-end dining, or Healthcare/Medical field.
- Neutral English accent for calls and near-native English for messaging.
- Quick learner, tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple software (PMS, Slack, Airtable).
- Disciplined, proactive, responsible, able to work from home effectively.
