Location: Remote (Philippines)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and messages with warmth and professionalism.
  • Resolve guest issues by troubleshooting or dispatching ground team.
  • Coordinate between guests and staff to ensure property readiness.
  • Assist with reservation modifications and follow up for reviews.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or 1-5 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, BPO customer service, high-end dining, or Healthcare/Medical field.
  • Neutral English accent for calls and near-native English for messaging.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple software (PMS, Slack, Airtable).
  • Disciplined, proactive, responsible, able to work from home effectively.
