Freelance UX/UI Designers

Superside is building a curated network of freelance UX/UI Designers to support creative teams during peak workloads, focusing on long-term partnerships and enterprise-level work.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile experiences.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones.
• Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance.
• Contribute to UX audits, user journey improvements, and conversion-focused design recommendations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content structuring, or design workflows where relevant.
• Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and customers.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and high design quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping.
• Experience working with complex design systems in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables.
• Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces.
• Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus.
