Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin' (New Hampshire Remote)

Business Consultants are responsible for managing a portfolio of Franchisees, focusing on coaching, performance improvement, and supporting franchise growth to ensure consistent brand experience and network expansion.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process.
• Track and review data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions.
• Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisee and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and support local marketing plans.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants.
• Partner with Field Training Team for training support.
• Manage G&A expenses within set parameters.
• Complete administrative functions timely.

Requirements

• High School or GED (minimum)
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations
• Prior leadership experience

Additional Information

• Travel required to consult with franchisees as needed.
