Supports the planning and execution of internal and external events, including trade shows, primarily assisting senior Event Managers with operational coordination, administrative tasks, and logistical support.

Responsibilities
- Support senior Event Managers in planning and executing internal and external events.
- Serve as lead planner for smaller Tier 3 events, managing logistics from planning through on-site execution.
- Research and source venues, vendors, and branding materials; prepare summaries and presentations.
- Coordinate administrative functions including vendor onboarding, contracts, and payments.
- Support registration setup, attendee communications, and on-site registration.
- Review attendee manifests, registration data, and hotel rooming lists for accuracy.
- Coordinate event logistics such as transportation, shipping, setup, tear-down, and on-site operations.
- Support all event phases, providing flexible support as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting, escalating issues as necessary.
- Organize post-event feedback and reporting.
- Facilitate communication among teams, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, operations, or coordination.
- Proficiency with event management, registration, and budgeting tools, especially Cvent.
- Understanding of operational workflows for internal events, external client-facing events, and trade shows.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities.
- Experience working with vendors and internal teams on contracts and payments.
- Strong attention to detail in managing registration data, attendee lists, and financial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic experience supporting event budgets and reconciliation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and on-site needs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
- CMP certification is a plus but not required.
