Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Blue Yonder ESP module to optimize supply chain operations.
- Understand business and existing processes – draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care.
- Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements.
- Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support project teams throughout the implementation process.
- Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations.
- Conduct system integrations with other ERP systems as needed.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for Business users.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module.
- Expertise in Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Additional Information
- Migration Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience migrating from SCP (Supply Chain Planning) to ESP, as the current setup is SCP on-premise, and they are moving to ESP on the cloud.
- Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) is plus to have.
- Familiarity with SAP integration for ESP is a plus.
