Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive at FORM is responsible for hunting and closing new enterprise-level business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth in a fast-growing company.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $125,000–$150,000 base; $125,000–$150,000 target variable; $250,000–$300,000 OTE
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using existing network and industry knowledge.
- Lead outbound sales efforts including emails, calls, and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales process from outreach to closing, collaborating with Pre-Sales Engineering and Account Managers.
- Present and demo software to decision-makers at enterprise companies.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for insights and strategies.
- Exceed sales quotas and build a predictable sales model.
Requirements
- Proven success in hunting and closing new enterprise software or B2B sales.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles for high-value deals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to listen and craft tailored solutions.
- Highly disciplined, motivated, and able to manage time independently.
- Experience managing a large prospect portfolio and sales pipeline.
- Well-versed in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as consultative, insight, or solution-based selling.
- Eager to learn and improve sales techniques.
