Engagement Director - Microsoft Azure

TTEC Digital is seeking an Engagement Director-Microsoft Azure to lead large transformation projects, ensure client success, and manage client relationships. This remote role involves guiding multiple complex engagements and driving customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $200k–$240k

Responsibilities

• Leading and guiding multiple complex, large transformation engagements
• Ensuring client success and delivering financial metrics
• Managing client relationships and escalations
• Assisting in cross-sell and up-sell, driving CSAT, SME knowledge and best practices
• Providing work direction and feedback to resources across multiple projects and programs
