Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Insights, specializing in Customer Insights – Journeys and Data, with expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration, primarily in Italy.

Location: Italy - Work at Home

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE.
• Configure and customize D365 CE to align with client business objectives.
• Design, troubleshoot, and optimize components of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Support designing data models, ingesting data, and importing it into Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions and architecture of Dynamics.
• Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Located in Italy.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data (highly desirable).
• Extensive experience with Power App development.
• Strong proficiency in Dynamics architecture and external system integration.
• Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ability to deliver technical training and resolve complex issues.
• Strong commitment to modern engineering practices.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
