Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Insights, specializing in Customer Insights – Journeys and Data, with expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration, primarily in Italy.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE.
- Configure and customize D365 CE to align with client business objectives.
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize components of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Support designing data models, ingesting data, and importing it into Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions and architecture of Dynamics.
- Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Located in Italy.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data (highly desirable).
- Extensive experience with Power App development.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics architecture and external system integration.
- Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ability to deliver technical training and resolve complex issues.
- Strong commitment to modern engineering practices.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
