Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation (Offshore)

This is a highly technical, ownership-driven role for a systems expert with deep experience in AI automation, CRM architecture, and real estate technology, primarily working with Claude AI. The role involves building infrastructure, automations, and integrations to optimize business operations and performance tracking.

Location: Remote (LATAM, preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia)

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 USD per month, full-time independent contractor (1099), paid bi-monthly, with additional benefits for professional development and workspace allowance.

Responsibilities

• Build velocity: ship 6-10 builds per month.
• Ensure quick turnaround: under 4 hours for small builds, within scope for larger ones.
• Maintain high quality: 90% first-review pass rate.
• Ensure documentation: complete and accurate within 24 hours.
• Maintain system uptime: 95% reliability during high-volume seasons.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with revenue systems, CRM, AI automation, and real estate tech.
• Experience with Claude AI at an expert level.
• Strong system architecture and integration skills.
• Ability to work in imperfect, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with U.S. residential real estate preferred.
