Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of launch and commercialization strategies for late-stage assets in autoimmune indications.
- Build an integrated global indication brand strategy considering short- and long-term impacts.
- Evolve target patient profiles using market insights to inform brand positioning.
- Lead insight-driven development of branding, messaging, and market activation strategies.
- Drive the development of global launch campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand and market position.
- Lead the cross-functional Indication Commercialization Team (ICT) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Foster ongoing insights development and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent argenx at industry conferences and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Manage the global commercial budget.
- Ensure strategy alignment with corporate priorities and cultural pillars.
- Develop and communicate strategic options to optimize trade-offs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 10+ years of marketing experience.
- 5+ years in global strategic marketing or commercial roles, with regional leadership experience.
- Expertise in global brand launch and commercialization, especially for pipeline and late-stage assets.

- Salary range for US applicants: $196,000–$269,500 USD.
