DevOps Engineer responsible for the entire lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, focusing on container orchestration, pipeline automation, and infrastructure management.

Location: Košice, Slovakia

Salary: From €1,650 gross, negotiable, plus variable pay and benefits

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Manage source code, configuration management, release management, build, and deployment activities.
• Set up and manage integration with partner applications.
• Conduct performance analyses, tuning, error analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy innovation strategy.
• Create concepts for further automation of services, processes, and operating models.
• Support project teams in development, quality assurance, planning, and implementation of product releases.

Requirements

• Secondary education in Information Technologies (Master's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with ICT systems.
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Advanced experience with Linux Operating System.
• Intermediate experience with AWS, Azure, OTC.
• Advanced experience with Docker.
• Intermediate experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Advanced experience with Git.
• Intermediate experience with Jenkins/GitLab.
• Basic experience with Maven/Gradle.
• Intermediate experience with Ansible/Terraform/Puppet.
• Intermediate experience with ELK, Prometheus, Icinga, Jaeger, Grafana.
• Advanced experience with Networking.
• Intermediate experience with Security.
• Good communication, team player, analytical thinking, training, and presentation skills.
• English language proficiency (B2 or upper intermediate).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SAFe.
