Designer

The Designer at Thorne is a creative professional responsible for developing high-quality visual content across print and digital channels to support marketing initiatives and strengthen the brand.

Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 / year

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, on-brand design across print and digital channels, including campaigns, email, social, and marketing collateral.
• Create visual assets for direct mail, catalogs, sell sheets, and promotional materials.
• Design graphics for digital channels, including email and social media.
• Maintain high standards of craft, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Apply and uphold Thorne’s brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand with creative solutions.
• Support campaigns and marketing initiatives with creative design.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with copywriters and stakeholders for cohesive messaging and design.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
• Participate in team critiques and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience designing across digital and print marketing channels.
