Salary: $70,000–$80,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of global payment processing.
• Partner with Customer Success and Member Success teams.
• Improve operational workflows and process documentation.
• Contribute to automation, scalability, and product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in payment operations at a fintech or payments company or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, including cross-border payments, currency conversions, and reconciliation.
• Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe, Modern Treasury, Airwallex, and Corpay.
• High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and outside customers.
• Self-starter with effective planning and coordination skills.
