Customer support role assisting users with non-technical issues and creating support resources.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Support users across all online channels for non-technical issues such as order-related queries.
- Work with logistics and fulfillment team to resolve order/shipping issues.
- Help users with order modifications, returns, replacements, and repairs.
- Create how-tos, guides, wikis, knowledge base for recurring questions.
Requirements
- Great written communication skills.
- Enjoy talking to users and willing to do so regularly.
- Able to empathize with users and genuinely care about their problems.
