The Operations Specialist role is a fully remote position designed for detail-oriented individuals passionate about the climbing community and software. It involves onboarding climbing gyms, customer service, product support, documentation, and conference participation.
Location: Remote
Salary: €25,000 with potential increase to €27,000 after 6 months, plus allowances and holidays
Responsibilities
- Onboard climbing gyms and communicate with facilities worldwide.
- Provide customer service and support, acting as the first line of communication with clients.
- Understand and communicate product features and user experience, providing feedback to product and development teams.
- Maintain help documentation, record videos, and write scripts with basic editing.
- Assist in planning, setting up, and attending conferences in EU, USA, and Asia, including demonstrating BETA to potential clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Spanish or French.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and experienced with remote work and communication.
- Comfortable with video calls, manipulating .csv files, spreadsheets, and computer literacy.
- Willing to take responsibility and troubleshoot issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of social media dynamics.
