Customer Service Representatives- Remote

Customer service representative role handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, including customer inquiries, payment analysis, and communication.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $16/hour

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer contract, including voluntary surrender, Principal and Interest breakdown, Total Loss process.
• Advise customers of their account status, including open and closed accounts.
• Provide information regarding titles, transfers, and title protection.
• Assist customers with optional products, extensions, and deferrals.
• Take payments, review history/notes, and communicate account statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
• Recommend solutions by analyzing customer accounts.
• Handle manual calculations.
• Manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving drive and goal orientation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST.
• Work from home requires excellent internet (2 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download), wired connection, quiet workspace, and a smartphone in good condition.
