Customer Experience Associate

Ollie is seeking to hire a member for its Canine Care team to provide a world-class, genuinely-kind customer experience for pet parents and their dogs, focusing on high-quality service and relationship building.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Responsibilities

• Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers
• Deliver a memorable customer experience that helps to build long-term relationships with pups and their pet parents
• Manage customer relationships across multiple channels, including emails, phones, and order management system
• Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions
• Help drive initiatives to create a world-class, genuinely kind customer experience
• Help develop agents in their KPIs, role, and career development
• Develop and lead projects and initiatives to improve the Ollie experience in Canine Care and beyond

Requirements

• Value patience and leverage communication skills (written and oral)
• Enjoy finding new ways to tackle challenges and prefer guardrails to rules
