Customer Experience Agent – Fintech

Remote World, in partnership with a UK-based digital bank, is hiring a Customer Experience Agent to support freelancers and small business owners with their banking needs. The role involves providing customer support via live chat and email, helping build customer confidence in managing their finances.

Location: Remote (worldwide)

Salary: $2,200–$3,500 USD/month

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound live chat and email queries about accounts, payments, and features
• Guide new customers through onboarding and account setup
• Investigate payment and transaction issues and escalate to the ops team where needed
• Maintain compliance with financial services communication standards
• Identify and flag patterns in customer issues to the product team
