Controller (M/W/D)

The DRK in the StädteRegion Aachen is seeking a Controller (m/w/d) for a full-time position. The organization operates various health, rescue, refugee, and childcare services with over 950 employees and 2,000 volunteers.

Location: StädteRegion Aachen, Germany

Responsibilities

• Creation and development of regular reporting for the DRK in the Städteregion Aachen
• Conducting controlling and steering discussions with management and executives
• Participation in the optimization of commercial processes
• Responsibility for liquidity planning and forecasts
• Close collaboration with the commercial management

Requirements

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and controlling
• Ideally experience in process management and with the controlling software Corporate Planner
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
• Team-oriented and cooperative attitude
• Identification with the principles of the DRK
