Provides high-level customer service by responding to inquiries, requests, and problems via telephone or email, resolving issues related to fraud support and internet operations, and acting as a liaison between customers and bank departments.

Salary: $20/hourly
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations.
- Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, regulations, systems, and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically, at least 18 months of customer service or related experience.
