Consultative Pharmacy Technician

The Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician role involves handling patient, pharmacy, and provider calls, performing administrative tasks, and supporting medication research and management. It is suitable for individuals with pharmacy technician experience and strong computer skills, working under supervision within established policies.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $40,000 - $52,300 per year

Responsibilities

• Intake calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers.
• Perform administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks.
• Address questions related to specific assigned areas and assist with medication research.
• Evaluate calls requiring consultation with a pharmacist.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule medication review sessions.

Requirements

• Must reside in Ohio, Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
• Active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license in the state of residence.
• Technical Mail Order Pharmacy or Manufacturing experience.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or call center experience in a pharmacy or related setting.
• Experience using multiple computer applications and strong data entry skills.

Additional Information

• Schedule includes training Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.
• Post-training, flexible shift hours between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, including every 3rd Saturday.
• Work from a dedicated space with reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.
