Commercial Lending Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support loan operations and underwriting workflows
• Coordinate document collection, condition lists, and follow-ups for active loan files
• Maintain organized loan files, pipelines, and operational systems
• Assist with onboarding borrowers, brokers, and strategic partners
• Manage email communication, calendars, reminders, and administrative coordination
• Support reporting, workflow tracking, and day-to-day operational processes
• Assist with CRM management, partner communication, and outreach initiatives
• Provide operational and executive support to Directors, Loan Officers, and Underwriters

Requirements

• Experience in commercial lending, real estate, mortgage, underwriting, or financial services
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (C1 or higher)
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced lending environment
• Strong administrative and operational support experience
• Ability to manage confidential borrower and financial information
• Experience with CRMs, operational platforms, or workflow systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL) required. Experience with lending or loan origination systems is a plus
