Responsibilities

• Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.
• Minimise wastage.
• Follow Safety and Quality protocols.
• Learn about coffees (origins, roast profiles, tastes) from coffee experts and join regular cupping sessions.

Requirements

• Detail oriented.
• Focus well and avoid distractions.
• Open to doing repetitive work.
• Love coffee and eager to learn roasting.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Physically fit to lift up to 24 kg.
• Valid AU working rights with unlimited rights.
