Clinical Research Associate 2 - IQVIA Biotech

IQVIA Biotech is hiring a Clinical Research Associate in Spain to support clinical development across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology, Hematology, and Cardiovascular. The role involves site monitoring, study management, and collaboration with study teams.

Location: Spain

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plans.
• Administer protocol and study training to sites and establish communication.
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices and escalate issues.
• Manage the progress of studies including regulatory submissions, recruitment, data collection, and query resolution.
• Ensure site documents are properly filed and maintained in accordance with GCP and regulations.
• Create and maintain documentation regarding site management and monitoring findings.
• Collaborate with study team members for project support.
• Support development of project subject recruitment plans.
• Support site financial management as per trial agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or healthcare (preferred).
• At least 1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Driver’s license.
