Client Delivery Manager

This role owns one of the company's largest and most valuable clients in major US sport, acting as the day-to-day lead to drive work, manage projects, and identify growth opportunities. It involves working across product, engineering, delivery, and content with autonomy and accountability.

Location: Remote (US Eastern Time alignment)

Salary: Up to USD 80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Drive the account forward by identifying and addressing needs proactively.
• Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations to fulfill commitments.
• Ensure quality and substance of client deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, including handling requests from executives.
• Translate client requests into priorities and next steps.
• Manage account planning, including roadmap, renewals, and expansions.
• Own client reporting and ensure it is actionable.
• Handle incidents and escalations calmly, setting expectations and driving resolutions.
• Utilize tools for faster communication, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proactive and independent work style with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Critical thinking about client needs beyond their requests.
• Experience working across teams and executing without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Managed enterprise client relationships for 3+ years (or demonstrated capability).
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet.
• Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of NBA season dynamics.
