Builder Chief

A senior-level Full-Stack Developer position for a trucking compliance business, responsible for building internal systems and external services, owning the entire product lifecycle, and working closely with the client service team to identify and solve friction points using AI agents.

Salary: $80k–$120k

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client service team to identify friction points, help design the solution, and direct AI agents to execute the build.
• Validate, refactor, and secure AI-produced code, and help shape the tech stack.
• Conduct operational deep-dives with compliance teams to find friction and ship impactful features.
• Work on system design including data models, scalable approaches, and API integrations.
• Design user-friendly frontends with high usability.
• Own testing and deployment processes to ensure maintainable AI-generated code.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping production-grade software.
• Ability to work across different tech stacks including Rails, Laravel, and Python.
• Deep domain knowledge in relevant areas.
• Stack-agnostic with the ability to adapt to different frameworks.
