The company is seeking a QA Analyst to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports, manage test cases, identify bugs, and ensure quality in software projects. The role involves working with automated testing tools, SQL, and agile methodologies, with responsibilities adjusted for junior, mid, or senior levels.

Location: Campinas, SP, Brazil

Responsibilities

• Develop plans, scripts, and detailed test reports.
• Manage and support creation and execution of test cases.
• Document cases, scenarios, and evidence after execution.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and improvements.
• Perform comprehensive regression testing.
• Create quality reports and indicators.
• Identify root causes and quality offenders.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed graduation in IT.
• Desirable advanced English.
• Certifications: CTFL and Salesforce Administrator.
• Knowledge of tools and creation of automated test scripts.
• Experience in:
• - Describing test scenarios in BDD.
• - Developing test plans.
• - Creating and executing test scenarios and cases.
• - Using SQL for data queries.
• - Using Jira.
• - Using test management software (e.g., Testlink, qTest, Zephyr).
• - Performing integrated tests.
• Agile methodologies.

Additional Information

• The complexity of tasks will be adjusted according to the seniority level (junior, mid, senior).
• The company has 18 years of experience in Salesforce solutions, serving over 120 clients and executing more than 200 projects, focusing on agile and scalable solutions.
