Backend Developer Remote

Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding process, understanding the business, tools, and team.
- Assist in estimating tasks and prioritizing the backlog.
- Contribute to improving performance, refactoring, and scalability of projects.
- Propose improvements and new functionalities for projects.
- Work in a team following good communication, practices, and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Backend developer in technological environments.
- Solid experience with PHP8, Symfony, Laravel, or Slim.
- Desirable experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, NestJS.
- Experience with automatic testing (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress).
- Experience with Docker, environment setup, and automated deployments.
- Server management experience (AWS, Dedicated Servers).
- Enjoys remote work and fluent communication via internal channels.
- Ability to work in teams, peer reviews, and agile methodologies.
- Focus on quality software and human quality.
