Salary: $67,355.00 - $114,503.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design: Understand and document business outcomes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate with teams to implement solutions, develop scripts, and ensure best practices.
• Data Migration: Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy.
• Integration Management: Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed documentation of configurations and customizations.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to validate functionality and address issues.
• User Training: Support end-user training for smooth adoption.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts and resolve issues.
• Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor other ServiceNow developers.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Development and Enhancement: Develop, configure, and improve ServiceNow applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and perform assessments to recommend improvements.
• Perform testing and debugging of technical problems.
• Support documentation and demonstrations.
• Participate in platform upgrades and ensure security and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certification CSA.
• U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust.
• 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
• 1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
