CHAI is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate, Regional Support, to support regional leadership in Asia-Pacific with strategic decision-making, project management, and coordination across high-priority initiatives in global health.
Location: Any CHAI program country within the Asia-Pacific region
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize programme performance, financial, and operational data to inform regional leadership decisions.
- Develop structured problem-solving approaches for regional challenges.
- Support the design, execution, and monitoring of high-priority initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to translate complex data into insights.
- Coordinate and track cross-functional projects.
- Identify risks and propose solutions.
- Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of regional meetings.
- Develop agendas and materials for meetings.
- Prepare pre-reads, data summaries, and insights.
- Manage logistics for meetings.
- Draft reports and manage knowledge processes.
- Support internal communications and process improvements.
- Assist with emerging priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in a CHAI program country within the region.
