CHAI is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate, Regional Support, to support regional leadership in Asia-Pacific with strategic decision-making, project management, and coordination across high-priority initiatives in global health.

Location: Any CHAI program country within the Asia-Pacific region

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize programme performance, financial, and operational data to inform regional leadership decisions.
  • Develop structured problem-solving approaches for regional challenges.
  • Support the design, execution, and monitoring of high-priority initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to translate complex data into insights.
  • Coordinate and track cross-functional projects.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of regional meetings.
  • Develop agendas and materials for meetings.
  • Prepare pre-reads, data summaries, and insights.
  • Manage logistics for meetings.
  • Draft reports and manage knowledge processes.
  • Support internal communications and process improvements.
  • Assist with emerging priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in a CHAI program country within the region.
