Associate and Senior Associate Roles With the Events Team

The Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is hiring for multiple roles within its Events teams (EA Global, EAGx, and AI Events) at the Associate and Senior Associate levels. The roles are flexible in scope and seniority, depending on candidates' strengths, and involve supporting large-scale event planning, coordination, and community engagement.

Location: Remote (US, UK, or other locations with compensation adjusted accordingly)

Responsibilities

• Supporting event operations including content programming, admissions, and logistics for EA Global conferences.
• Managing relationships and providing support to EAGx community-organized events and local organizers.
• Supporting AI Events with event delivery, attendee communications, and technical production.
