Associate Account Strategist Donut Studios

The role is for an Account Coordinator at Donut Studios, a creative studio within New Engen, a digital marketing agency. The position supports enterprise client engagements by assisting with project organization, client communication, and creative delivery, ideal for someone early in their career eager to build a foundation in account management.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities

• Support strong client relationships by assisting with client communication, preparing meeting materials, drafting status updates, and tracking action items.
• Keep projects organized by maintaining documentation, account resources, client wikis, and internal trackers.
• Support creative delivery by tracking deliverables, coordinating project intake, and maintaining timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify missing information or risks, and communicate issues proactively.
• Review assets before delivery to ensure they meet project requirements and are ready for client review.
• Collaborate across teams including Project Management, Creative Strategy, designers, copywriters, and production teams.
• Learn and grow by building knowledge of creative production, client services, and enterprise marketing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an account coordination, client services, marketing, or agency support role, preferably within a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana or similar collaboration tools.
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to ask questions, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment while working across multiple time zones.
• Must reside or work within the Eastern Time Zone.

• Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000, final salary based on qualifications and experience.
