A Senior Business Analyst role supporting critical treasury processes in a dynamic and strategic environment, connecting business and technology to ensure operational efficiency, innovation, and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute critical treasury routines.
• Partner with Product Managers, Chapters, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage and monitor demands, backlog, and workflow using Jira.
• Participate and lead agile ceremonies, ensuring stakeholder and team alignment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Propose solutions that meet business needs with technical feasibility.
• Perform data analysis and indicator reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and suppliers.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure quality of deliveries and monitor results.

Requirements

• Solid experience as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related roles.
• Experience in agile environments using Scrum and other methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Miro, and MS Project.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience leading meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignments.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
