AI Tooling Engineer

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120,000—$150,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools to improve internal workflows across operations, customer success, and finance.
• Embed with teams to identify slow and manual work processes.
• Ship AI agents and automations that are adopted by teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience building software such as backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven apps.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as building agents, RAG pipelines, copilot, or prompt-driven tools.
