SoftSnow is seeking an AI Engagement Manager to lead client relationships, translate business challenges into project plans, and ensure successful AI transformation projects. The role involves high-level client interaction, project management, and collaboration with technical teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points and opportunities.
  • Build and manage project plans, implementation roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
  • Create and review all client-facing deliverables to ensure quality and clarity.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Oversee delivery quality through reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements, tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Help establish and refine internal processes and communication standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management at a consulting firm, agency, or tech services company.
  • Proven track record managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Background at a top-tier agency, management consultancy, or tech implementation firm preferred.
