Account Executive DACH

Didomi is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH region, focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves full sales cycle ownership, regional representation, and developing deep knowledge of the privacy and Martech ecosystem.

Location: Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Salary: €120k–€120k

Responsibilities

• Own new business acquisition for the DACH region — all segments
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels
• Develop deep knowledge of the German-speaking privacy and Martech ecosystem
• Partner with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing on regional GTM plays
• Represent Didomi at industry events in the DACH region
• Accurately forecast in Salesforce

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales, including 2+ in Enterprise
• Martech background is a big plus (AdTech / Privacy / Data SaaS also valued)
• Native or fluent German + professional English
• Track record of closing €100k+ ACV deals
• Existing DACH network in Martech / Privacy = plus
• Hunter mindset, consultative selling
